If you purchased a design and need another size or color, open My Prints. All unlocked sizes and colors remain available there.
Digital product reminder
Gifsi sells digital files only. Frames and room mockups are preview-only and no physical product is shipped.
Email support
Email support@gifsi.com for purchase, download, subscription cancellation, refund or privacy requests. Include your account email and, if applicable, your Stripe receipt or design name. Never send your password or full card details.
