Terms for using Gifsi.

Digital products only

Unless a page expressly states otherwise, Gifsi sells digital download files only. Frames, room scenes, mats, furniture and other mockup elements are for preview purposes and are not included. No physical print or shipped item is included.

Accounts and drafts

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and protecting your login credentials. Free accounts may keep up to 10 active drafts, with each draft intended to remain available for 30 days from its last save. Draft storage is a convenience feature and should not be treated as your only backup of important content.

Single Print purchases

A Single Print purchase includes one selected color and up to 10 selected sizes for the exact purchased design in one ZIP, for personal use under the Gifsi license terms. The design, color and size selection lock when the ZIP is prepared. Account access and re-downloads last 30 days from payment. Save your ZIP locally before then; the personal license for downloaded files continues after account access ends. Duplicate & Edit creates a new draft; a materially changed personal-use design requires a new purchase.

Seller subscriptions

Seller plans provide commercial-use export rights subject to the applicable plan allowance and the license terms. Seller currently includes 50 commercial design exports per billing month and Seller Pro includes 200. One design includes one selected color and up to 10 sizes in one ZIP. The design, color and sizes lock when the ZIP is prepared. Re-downloading the same ZIP during the paid subscription does not use another export. Designs and ZIPs remain accessible only through the paid subscription period. A materially different customer design counts as a new export.

Subscriptions and billing

All prices are in US dollars (USD). Single Print purchases are charged once at checkout. Seller and Seller Pro are recurring subscriptions charged at checkout and then monthly or annually through Stripe until canceled. Sign in to My Prints, choose Cancel subscription and confirm before your next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewal at the end of your current paid billing period and does not automatically refund earlier charges. Annual plan cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid year. Commercial licenses granted for designs exported during a valid paid subscription continue after cancellation or subscription expiry, subject to the license terms. New exports and account access to designs and ZIPs require an active paid subscription; keep downloaded files locally before access ends. Refunds and digital delivery

Digital products become available after payment confirmation. If a file is defective, corrupted, missing or materially different from the purchased design, contact support for correction or a refund if we cannot provide the product as described. Correctly delivered personalized files are generally final, subject to mandatory consumer rights. Additional details are in our Digital Download Policy.

Your content

You keep responsibility for the text, names, dates, symbols, quotes, lyrics and other content you enter. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to use that content. Do not use Gifsi to create or distribute content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights, or that violates applicable law.

License to process your content

You grant Gifsi the limited permission necessary to host, process, render, store and reproduce your submitted content solely to operate the service, create previews and exports, maintain saved designs, provide support and fulfill your purchases.

Gifsi intellectual property

Gifsi software, branding, site design, generator logic, layouts, templates and service materials remain the property of Gifsi or its licensors. Your purchase or subscription does not transfer ownership of Gifsi software, editable templates or source assets. Permitted use of exported designs is governed by the license page.

Prohibited use

• Attempting to bypass payment, export limits, authentication or other access controls.
• Reselling or distributing Gifsi account access, editable templates, software or source assets.
• Using the service to violate law or third-party rights.
• Interfering with the security, availability or normal operation of Gifsi.
• Automated abuse, scraping or excessive requests that materially burden the service.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Gifsi available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every feature, generator, size, color or integration will remain available forever. We may update, replace, suspend or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.

Printing results

Printed colors, dimensions and appearance can vary because of printers, paper, ink, print services, scaling settings and display calibration. You are responsible for confirming print settings and suitability for your intended use.

Disclaimers

Gifsi is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every specific printing or commercial purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Gifsi will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the service, including lost profits, lost business, lost data or printing costs caused by user-selected settings. Any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you remain unaffected.

Suspension or termination

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, security risk, non-payment, repeated violation of these Terms or legal requirements. You may stop using Gifsi at any time and may cancel recurring subscriptions through the available billing controls.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Gifsi evolves. The current version will be posted here with its effective date. Continuing to use the service after an update means the updated Terms apply to future use, subject to applicable law.
